Foodie Friday: Lemon Cream (with Graham Crackers & Sea Salt).
Happy Friday!! If you are experiencing the weather that we are, it is chilly, raining and foggy…a perfect morning to stay in your jammies and watch Pooh Bear with your 2 year old. :) It is also the perfect time of year to use citrus in recipes and this week I found a delish dessert recipe in Bon Appétit’s latest edition…Lemon Cream with Graham Crackers & Sea Salt. If you know me at all (or you at least follow this blog!) you know that any dessert with a salt garnish is immediately a win in my opinion. Also, it took about 10 minutes to prep and the rest is refrigerator time…hooray! While the original recipe calls for Meyer Lemons, all I had on hand was the regular type and they worked just fine! I also doubled the recipe and the proportions adjusted perfectly!

this looks and sounds wonderful. And I have a glut of lemons in my fridge right now. Had planned to do lemon water more faithfully, but alas I just can’t seem to be bothered to cut slices for my water each day. too much darn work. Tedium that I am not up for. ;)
But, this? This I could be bothered to put together. ;)
