Foodie Friday, Potstickers.
Takeout food and eating out are treats in our house and don’t happen often. (Don’t get me wrong, we LOVE to do so when possible! Two little kids don’t always make for the most relaxing dinner date. :)) However, there are a few foods that I have re-created at home that are just as good, if not better than takeout…Shrimp Potstickers being one of them! The first time you make these little guys, allow a little extra time, the filling and folding of wonton wrappers isn’t the fastest dinner you will ever make (don’t worry, you will get the hang of it!). Don’t let that scare you however, these are sooooo tasty and most worth a little extra effort. I promise! :) Serve with some brown rice and steamed, garlic green beans and you have an amazing, homemade dinner!

I love this recipe, as it uses just a few, quality ingredients and clearly explains each step!! Also, side tip, if you don’t know where wonton wrappers are located in your grocery store, don’t wander around for 20 minutes hunting. Just ask someone…trust me on that one. ;)
